Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for all Clinics and Lessons. Once you register and pay, you will receive an email confirmation and an email reminder 48 hours before your Clinic or Lesson. If you need to cancel your Lesson or Clinic, please do so online on the CourtReserve system. An account credit will be issued for all cancellations made at least 24 hours before your Clinic or Lesson. Please call us  704-583-1444 (ext 4) if you have to cancel with less than 24 hours before. Lessons and Clinics rescheduled or cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit or may result in a rescheduling / cancellation fee.
