All players are required to check in at the front counter each time they enter a Charlotte Tennis & Padel location. Players should download the CourtReserve APP and scan their player Bar Code from their cell phone.

The person booking and paying for the court rental should check in for their rental as well as be present at the court they rented at all times. The person booking the rental should remain at the front counter until all their guests have checked in. Please limit the number of players per court to a maximum of 6 people.

Court Rentals can be cancelled ONLINE on your CourtReserve APP for a FULL CourtReserve Account Credit if cancelled at least 12 hours in advance.

If you need to cancel your Court Rental AFTER the online deadline, please email [email protected]. Credits are not able to be issued if you cancel after the deadline.

Our Padel Courts available to be booked Online are primarily for our Members and their Guests to rent for their personal enjoyment, not for businesses and individuals to use for profit. Individuals or Businesses wishing to rent our courts to conduct their own Clinics, Lessons, Leagues, etc., should fill out our online Custom Request Form, or email [email protected] to discuss the requirements.

Paddles and Balls are not included with your Rental price. 4 Paddles for $10. (Balls may be purchased from our proshop)

Normal Court Rental – Book up to 10 days before. Pricing based on Membership level (usually $60-$80 per hour per court). Limit to 1 court per day. Maximum of 2 hours per court. Book Online only. Pay at time of booking.
